Indemnity

Indemnity - I partake in the sport of kite surfing of my own free

will. I have read and understand the Safe Kiting Guidelines and join

the Australian Kite Surfing Association Inc (AKSA), with the full

understanding of the inherent dangers and risks associated with the

sport of kite surfing.  By completing this form, I indemnify the

committee members or anyone connected with AKSA or Affiliated State

Associations, from any responsibility for any damage incurred to any

property, injury to any person, or any legal action arising from my

use of power kites, either recreationally or at any organised events

on land or water.
